Traditionally the stages to attening homeownership are as follows:

1. Meet with a knowledgeable NewRock sales representative

2. Choose a floor plan (home style) that suits your needs

3. Write up a purchase agreement, and place a deposited to hold your unit of choice for a 2 week period.

4. Meet with a mortgage broker to start the mortgage qualification process

5. Choose your finishing package & upgrade package(s)

6. Once your mortgage is finalized, you will meet again with the NewRock sales representative to remove conditions

7. Your next step is to pay the remaining deposits (the remainder of portion of the payment)
